**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to ensure the correct production program and workflow optimization in the assigned production area. The Production Supervisor will organize and optimize workflow, maintain manufacturing quality, supervise repair and maintenance work, and provide expert leadership to subordinate employees. Adhering to safety and environmental regulations is essential.
**Qualifications:**
- Completed vocational education in the technical area; additional qualification to college or university degree
- Several years of technical and metal forming experience
- Knowledge of metrology, reading blueprints, and business management
- Leadership experience with the ability to conduct professional further qualification of employees
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Babtec, and other relevant IT systems
**Responsibilities:**
- Implement production program planning while considering system capacity and personnel capacity
- Ensure organizational workflow and adherence to work instructions
- Monitor and achieve qualitative and quantitative production objectives
- Appoint and review employees based on qualifications; provide continuous professional development
- Initiate and control KVP processes; report production results to management
- Adhere to safety and environmental regulations; analyze defects and implement quality measures
- Plan personnel requirements; participate in budget planning and investment approaches
- Participate in the creation and modification of work systems and production processes
- Conduct manufacturing meetings and define leadership tasks; ensure good communication across interfaces
**Competencies:**
- Proficient with relevant IT systems (SAP, Babtec, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in special departments within the production area
- Authority to sign company documents as per signature scheme
**Area of Responsibility:**
- Ensure fulfillment of production program within the assigned area for quality, quantity, scheduling, and economic efficiency
- Manage subordinate employees/apprentices professionally; achieve key performance indicators
- Inform production and management regarding relevant production events
**Environmental Conditions of the Workplace:**
- Combined workplace in production/office/machine environment; follow safety and environmental regulations
**Education Requirements:**
- Completed vocational education in a technical field; additional qualification to a college or university degree
**Professional Experience:**
- Several years of technical and metal forming experience
- Leadership and business management knowledge; proficient in MS Office, SAP, Babtec, etc.
**Personal Skills:**
- Delegation, leadership, decisiveness, communication, and assertiveness skills are essential for this role.
